At Terra Danah Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at twtdllc@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) received

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products

  • Items purchased during sales or promotions

  • Gift cards (if applicable)
